Sitelink Integration
To integrate with Sitelink, StorageReach needs to be added as a corporate user. Directions below are taken straight from Sitelinks help site:
Creating A Corporate API User Account
The following are instructions that should be provided to SiteLink managed facility owners to assist with creating an API user account.
1. Login to the Corporate Control Center which is included in the SiteLink Web Edition package
a. If you do not know your Corporate Control Center login contact SiteLink tech support.
If you wish to limit the locations to which the integration has access please follow the instructions in Step 2 otherwise if you would like the third party to have access to all the locations under your corporation skip to Step 3.
2. On the main screen go to Security Policies on the right and add a new Security Policy
a. Name: StorageReach Sites
b. Type: Site
c. Description: These are the sites that storagereach has access to.
d. Permitted Sites: Check the locations that you want storagereach to have access to
e. Click Add to create the security policy
3. On the main screen go to Users on the right and add a new User
a. Username: storagereach
b. Password: Create a password for us and let us know what that password is.
c. Permitted Rights (THIS STEP IS REQUIRED)
i. There are 2 levels of security: “API All Reports” and “API Insurance”. Check the option “API All Reports”.
ii. Check either “All Sites” or "StorageReach Sites" whichever your setup requires
d. Click Save to create the API user
